摘要：

<正> 高剂量治疗(high dose therapy,HDT)联合造血干细胞移植治疗恶性淋巴瘤(malignant lymphoma,ML)的历史有20多年,已经成为ML综合治疗的一个重要手段。据欧洲血液及骨髓移植组的最新统计,ML已经成为接受造血干细胞移植最多的病种,特别是自体移植[1]。随着近年来研究的不断深入,对其中的一些关键问题有了新的认识。
