大鼠实验性脑梗塞的定量检测

摘要
报告1种测定实验性脑梗塞体积的方法。以戊巴此妥钠腹腔注射麻醉大鼠后,电凝大脑中动脉主干。7日后将动物处死、灌注固定。作前脑连续切片,间隔500或1000μ取8至10张切片。放大描绘后通过图形输入板及自编生物图形参数测量软件输入电脑,计算出脑梗塞体积为29.2±8.2mm3,占前脑体积的8±1.6%。
