摘要：

目的荟萃分析比较腹腔镜手术与开放手术治疗结直肠癌的远期疗效和安全性。方法检索1991年1月～2007年7月发表的腹腔镜手术对比开放手术治疗结直肠癌的随机对照试验,摘录入选文献数据,采用RevMan4.2软件进行统计分析。结果按照筛选标准,共有14篇文献4989例结直肠癌患者入选。并发症两组除肠粘连发生率有差异外(P=0.002),其他并发症的差异均无显著性。远期疗效如3年生存率、5年生存率、局部复发和远处转移两组差异无显著性。结论腹腔镜手术治疗结直肠癌创伤小,安全有效,远期疗效与开放手术无差异。
