摘要：

早期大肠癌筛查是有效降低大肠癌发病率和死亡率的重要方法。近来研究表明,不同种族、性别及吸烟、肥胖状况的无症状平均风险人群,大肠癌的发病风险各有不同,筛查开始年龄也有所差异。因此,本文就目前大肠癌筛查开始年龄的研究进行概述。
