摘要
异丙肾上腺素(ISO)诱导心肌缺血损伤模型已被广泛应用于实验研究。ISO通过干扰线粒体能量代谢、诱导氧化应激和心肌细胞凋亡等对心肌造成损伤,表现为心电图、血流动力学、血清及心肌组织生化指标和组织微观形态结构学改变。现就ISO诱导心肌缺血的病理损伤机制、心肌缺血表现以及在实验研究中的应用前景进行综述。
