摘要：

自中国实行改革开放政策后,不仅有大批人员以留学、移民或劳务等方式前往世界各国,而且近年来,这类人员回国工作、生活的人数正在不断增加,目前已达到一定规模,并有不断增加的趋势。但有关他们的文化再适应问题还没有引起学术界足够的关注。本文主要对国外有关归国人员文化再适应的研究状况进行介绍和评述,希望能对加强我国归国人员文化再适应研究有所启示。
