类风湿性关节炎的影像学研究进展

摘要：

类风湿性关节炎(RA)仍是目前致残率较高的一种自身免疫性疾病,因此早期诊断对延缓病情有非常重要的意义。传统X线平片曾一度被认为是诊断RA的首选方法,但在早期诊断方面存在一定的局限性;CT对发现早期骨侵蚀具有一定的价值,同时对发现特殊部位的RA有其独特的优势;超声、MRI是目前公认的诊断早期RA的最佳影像学检查手段。综述近几年各种影像学检查方法的研究进展。
