摘要：

采用气相色谱-质谱联用法同时检测保健品中的9种睾酮酯类(睾酮Testosterone(T),醋酸睾酮T acetate,丙酸睾酮T propionate,异己酸睾酮T isocaproate,庚酸睾酮T enantate,环戊丙酸睾酮T cypionate,葵酸睾酮T decanoate,苯丙酸睾酮T phenpropionate,十一酸睾酮T undecylate)。采用叔丁基甲醚提取,针对保健品剂型的不同分别采取C-18反相固相萃取柱和硅胶正相固相萃取柱分离纯化,甲基睾酮作为内标,采用HP-1MS柱(17m×0.2 mm i.d.×0.11mm)色谱分离,程序升温,质谱检测。该方法的检测限和回收率均满足保健品的日常检测要求,前处理简单、快速、可靠。
