摘要
<正>代谢性疾病是指机体代谢异常而导致的一类疾病,包括糖尿病、高脂血症、脂肪肝、痛风等。随着人民生活水平的不断提高,我国代谢性疾病的患病率也在不断上升。其中糖尿病的患病率最高、危害程度最大。糖尿病患者不仅可能出现酮症酸中毒、乳酸酸中毒等急性并发症,还可能出现大血管病变、微血管病变、糖尿病神经病变等慢性并发症。因此,严格控制糖尿病的发生和发展刻不容缓。研究糖尿病的致病因素,针对致病因素采取一定的措施有利于控制糖尿病的发生和发展。
