摘要
高阶时域有限差分(FDTD)法用于电 大尺寸平面光波导器件的时域分析,实现了高阶FDTD法的理想匹配层(PML)吸收边界条件;研究了高阶FDTD法的数值色散特性,并对平行介质带定向耦合器进行了数值模拟,所得结果与解析解非常一致。
