摘要：

白细胞介素７（ＩＬ７）除了能促进Ｔ、Ｂ淋巴细胞生长成熟外，还能诱导出一定水平的ＬＡＫ和ＣＴＬ活性，研究表明ＩＬ７在抗肿瘤方面有良好应用前景。过继免疫治疗及基因治疗是ＩＬ７用于肿瘤治疗的研究热点。
