<正>膝关节骨性关节炎（osteoarthritis,OA）是以膝关节内软骨退化、软骨下骨质硬化和关节周围骨赘生成为特征的慢性疾病,它导致膝关节功能的丧失,同时常伴有膝关节的肿胀疼痛。国外文献报道60岁以上的老人60%以上有关节软骨退变[1],西方国家治疗OA的医疗费用约占GDP的1%2.5%[2]。透明质酸钠（sodium hyaluronate,SH）治疗老年性
