大鼠心肌梗死后非梗死区域心室重构的研究

摘要
目的:通过观察大鼠心肌梗死后非梗死区域心肌细胞凋亡、增殖分化和心肌肥大改变情况,探讨其在梗死后心肌重塑中的地位与可能的生物学意义。方法:结扎大鼠左冠状动脉制备心肌梗死模型,观察大鼠心肌梗死后心肌组织病理形态;免疫组织化学方法检测原位细胞凋亡(TUNEL)、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)表达量。结果:大鼠心肌梗死后,TUNEL、PCNA、TGF-β1阳性率与对照组比较分别为(0.414±0.05)%vs(0.223±0.04)%,(0.419±0.04)%vs(0.188±0.03)%,(7.2±1.4)%vs(2.2±0.8%)。结论:心肌梗死后非梗死区域凋亡、增殖和心肌肥大较对照组明显增加,三者共同参与了心肌梗死后非梗死区域的心室重构。
