热弹性结构的拓扑优化设计

摘要
针对热弹性连续体拓扑优化存在的中间密度问题,以骨架式结构为研究出发点,分析了热、力耦合场作用下的结构拓扑构型设计,对比了SIMP和RAMP两种材料惩罚模型对消除中间密度值的应用效果,阐述了在相同惩罚模型下,拓扑优化解对热、力两类载荷相对大小的依赖性。在此基础上,提出以不同惩罚模型应对两类载荷的处理方法,通过骨架式结构和连续体结构数值算例,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
