摘要：

政府绩效评估是公共管理的重点问题,受到了西方国家的广泛关注。经过多年实践,美国等发达国家在提高公共部门服务质量和公众信任度方面取得了一定的成效。本文回顾了美国政府绩效评估的发展,深入分析了取得的成果及存在的问题,对未来的研究进行了展望,以期对我国政府绩效评估的理论和实践提供一定的参考。
