情景分析法是近年来国际上比较热门的一种研究方法,被广泛应用在战略决策、政策分析等领域,并成为同国际研究机构对话的重要平台。在过去的几十年里,情景方法迅速由壳牌扩展到其他组织和机构,并发展出多种情景分析方法。本文在系统归纳分析情景分析学派、情景分析类型学的基础上,重点介绍了定性与定量情景分析法、回溯式与前推式情景分析方法,并创新性地提出了普遍适用于情景分析方法的8S技术。
