摘要：

<正>辛伐他汀为羟甲基戊二酰辅酶A(HMG-CoA)还原酶抑制剂,临床主要用于治疗高胆固醇和高甘油三酯血症。1988年该药首先在瑞典上市,1995年已在70多个国家广泛应用。近年来发现除调血脂作用外,它还具有其他方面的作用,如抗氧化、抗炎、抑制细胞增殖、促进骨合成代谢、治疗心衰等作用。
