This paper reports the investigation for SC-CO2 extraction of oil from Hippophaerhamnoids Linn Seed, with extraction time 3 h and CO2 flow rate 3-4 kg/h. It is concluded that the optimum condition is as follows: extraction pressure is 28-30 MPa; extraction temperature,48-50℃; separating temperature, room temperature. The rate of oil yielded attains 6. 8%, under this condition.
