<正> 肿瘤转移是一个连续的、复杂的、多阶段的过程,包括早期原发瘤生长、肿瘤血管生成、肿瘤细胞脱落并侵入基质、进入脉管系统、癌栓形成、继发组织器官定位生长、转移瘤继续扩散等多个步骤。在此过程中,肿瘤细胞与机体许多因素相互影响,其中许多细胞因子如IL-8、IL-18、TNF-α等在肿瘤转移
