摘要：

<正>肾素一血管紧张素系统(RAS)是心血管活动重要的体液调节系统,在维持水、电解质平衡及调节血压中起着关键作用。血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngiotensinⅡ,AngⅡ)是该系统中最重要的介质,通过与其特异性受体结合而产生相应的生理效应。在心血管系统中AngⅡ受体主要包括AT1R和AT2R两种亚型。
