慢性乙型肝炎是由乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)引起的一种世界性疾病,近年来,核苷类抗病毒药物的出现为慢性乙型肝炎的治疗开辟了一个新的领域。对核苷类抗乙肝病毒药物研究进展进行综述,为其进一步研究和临床应用提供参考。
