排粪造影的临床应用

摘要：

本文介绍了排粪造影方法,报告545例(570次)造影结果。其中对照组84例,9.52%(8例)有异常。排粪障碍组461例,6.51%(30例)未见异常。报告了中国人的肛直角和肛上距的正常值(肛直角:静坐97.18±12.39°,力排116.8±15.22°;肛上距力排≤30mm,对经产妇≤35mm为相对正常值)以及各种异常出现率。并提出直肠前突分三度(Ⅰ度6～15mm、Ⅱ度16～30mm 和Ⅲ度≥31mm)和盆底痉挛与直肠前突同时存在的"鹅征"(59例,其出现率为100%)。
