高成长型科技中小企业运营效率分析

摘要：

科技中小企业的快速、健康发展,依托于高效的运营效率.首先通过GEP方法识别出具有高成长特征的企业,然后通过技术效率和交叉效率分析对高成长型科技中小企业的运营效率进行综合分析,发现了在技术效率和交叉效率之间存在的不一致现象.通过基于技术效率和奇异指数的聚类分析,并对比了两年聚类结果的变化情况,找出了具有整体运营效率的企业,从而为其他企业树立了榜样,并对聚类结果的变化情况做了进一步的分析.
