摘要
种子中ABA的含量随发育进程而变化,在发育开始到成熟的大约1/3~1/2的时期达到最大值。ABA促进胚的发育,抑制离体胚的过早萌发.增加贮藏物的积累特别是贮藏蛋白的合成,诱导产生与脱水耐性有关的LEA蛋白及其mRNA、ABA突变体有ABA缺乏和ABA不敏感两种类型,外源ABA能够逆转ABA突变体的生理反应。Em启动子的ABA反应元件位于-168至-106之间。
