利用SSR标记技术分析中国啤酒大麦品种的遗传多样性

摘要
利用SSR标记技术对中国38个啤酒大麦品种的遗传背景进行了遗传多样性分析。结果表明,所用28对SSR引物(在大麦7对染色体长、短臂位置各选用了2对)中,有26对SSR引物有多态性,共检测出187个位点,其中172个等位位点有多态性,占91.9%;每个引物可扩增出1~22个位点,平均每个引物产生6.6个等位位点。26对SSR引物的多态性信息含量PIC最高为0.995,最低为0.375,平均PIC为0.713。聚类结果表明,这些品种的遗传距离(GD)聚类范围较小,分布范围在0.01124~0.74510,在遗传距离GD值0.6水平上,这些品种聚成了2大类,下分4个亚类。SSR标记揭示出这38个啤酒大麦品种遗传变异较小,遗传基础比较狭窄。
