<正>引言在最近的规划学术讨论中,城市韧性似乎正在逐渐取代传统意义上的可持续发展,成为新兴的学术流行语(buzzword)。城市韧性的内涵到底是什么?韧性城市应具有什么特征?如何塑造韧性城市?这些都是城市学者们频频提出的疑问。在探讨这些问题之前,我们亟需剖析韧性城市的概念,才能围绕此概念展开深入研究。本期《国际城市规划》正是希望借此主题,厘清韧性城市讨论中的几个最基本的命题。城市韧性所针对的问题,来源于外部"扰动"
