慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并症研究进展

摘要：

慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)表现为慢性肺部及全身炎症反应,以进行性不完全可逆性气流受限为特征。COPD患者往往合并一种或多种肺外症状(COPD合并症),这可能是COPD慢性炎症反应的全身表现,也可能与共同的危险因素(如吸烟、年龄等)有关。这些合并症对COPD预后有重要影响。本文就COPD合并症研究进展进行综述。
