摘要：

卒中后抑郁(post-stroke depression,PSD)是卒中后的常见并发症,不仅影响卒中患者的精神和神经功能恢复,甚至会增加惠者的致残率和死亡率。常规影像学在PSD的相关解剖学部位与边缘系统-前额叶皮层-纹状体-苍白球-丘脑神经解剖环路假说的确立和巩固方面具有重要作用,但并不能对PSD进行早期的预测,功能磁共振在PSD的早期识别上具有优势,为PSD的研究提供了支持。
