糖尿病大鼠肾脏PPARγmRNA表达及解毒通络保肾胶囊干预研究

摘要
目的:研究糖尿病大鼠肾脏组织过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ(PPARγ)mRNA表达及中药解毒通络保肾胶囊的调节作用。方法:42只W istar大鼠用链脲佐菌素诱发糖尿病后,随机分为DM组、罗格列酮治疗组和解毒通络保肾胶囊治疗组,以正常10只大鼠作为对照。连续处理12周后,应用RT-PCR检测肾皮质过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ(PPARγ)mRNA的表达水平。结果:DM大鼠肾皮质PPARγmRNA表达降低,解毒通络保肾胶囊治疗组PPARγmRNA高于DM组(P<0.05)。结论:解毒通络保肾胶囊对DM肾脏病变有保护作用,其机制可能是通过激活PPARγ途径,调控相关基因表达,改善糖脂代谢,减少细胞外基质的积聚。
