结合我国电网建设和管理现状,提出了中国智能电网未来在技术经济领域8项关键问题的研究框架,分别从发电、输电、配电、用电、调度等环节分析建设中国特色的坚强智能电网过程中有待解决的关键问题及可行的技术路径。
