摘要：

目的了解甲型H1N1流感流行病学特征。方法检索报告病例数超过1000例或者出现死亡病例国家发布的疫情报告,汇总数据、分析。结果甲型H1N1流感的感染对象中男女性各占50%,20岁以下人群约占60%;需要住院治疗的比例大约为9%,住院病例中约70%有基础性疾病或者特殊身体状况;病死率约0.4%～0.5%。结论甲型H1N1流感的感染对象无性别差异,年轻人易感,感染后导致疾病严重程度为中等,病死率随着年龄增大而增加,但也需要关注年轻患者;病毒传播与人际交往频繁程度有关;在夏季也可以传播,但秋冬季的传播速度更快。
