摘要：

<正>骨关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)是一种以关节软骨退行性变为主要病理特征的慢性进行性骨关节疾病[1],是所有关节性疾病中最常见的一种,其患病率随着年龄的增长而增长,年龄超过65岁的人有80%受其影响,在世界范围内有13.5亿的人们受到该病的影响[2]。但OA的发病机制至今仍未明确,临床诊断缺乏有效的指标。
