老年轻度认知功能障碍影响因素的研究进展

摘要：

轻度认知功能障碍是正常老化与早期老年性痴呆之间的一种过渡阶段,研究轻度认知功能障碍最重要的意义在于识别痴呆高危个体,即发现具有最佳干预时机的个体,并探索有效的干预途径,以便延迟或阻止痴呆的发生、发展。但轻度认知功能障碍的发病机制极为复杂,与多种因素相关。本文就社会人口因素(年龄、性别、受教育程度等),疾病史(高血压、糖尿病等),遗传学基因学指标(ApoE基因、APP基因、早老素1、早老素2基因等),心理学因素(抑郁、人格特征),行为和生活方式因素(体育锻炼、地中海饮食方式、吸烟、饮酒)等方面对MCI的危险因素进行综述,以期为进一步研究提供参考。
