摘要：

宫颈癌是女性常见的恶性肿瘤。阴道内正常菌群的改变常导致多种妇科疾病,包括宫颈癌。最新的研究表明,乳杆菌可能在宫颈癌的发生和发展中发挥着重要作用。本文经过鉴定、筛选和验证,共纳入25篇文章,分析梳理以乳杆菌与宫颈癌为关键词的相关文献,包括临床研究和实验研究,构建乳杆菌拮抗宫颈癌发生、发展的关联网络,提供乳杆菌治疗宫颈癌的重要机制与靶点,为进一步的研究提供了方向和策略。
