<正>非运动症状在PD患者中相当普遍,其主要包括睡眠障碍、神经精神异常、自主神经功能紊乱、感觉障碍等。非运动症状贯穿于PD的整个病程,甚至在运动症状出现之前很久就已经存在,是影响和改变PD患者生存质量和预后的一个关键性因素,但目前其被临床认识得却很不充分。本文总结近年来PD非运动症状的基础研究、流行病学研究以及临床
