白宝石窗口增透膜的研究

摘要：

对白宝石 (Al2 O3)和石英 (SiO2 )窗口的性能进行了比较 ,并在白宝石上镀制增透膜 ,进行初步的判断实验 ,取得了良好的效果 ,同时对存在的问题进行了分析 ,指出白宝石是一种比较有前途的高功率激光窗口材料。
