摘要：

<正>骨关节炎病是一种退行性或增生性骨关节病变,好发于老年人,随着年龄的增长,发病率明显增高;是一个常见的老年性慢性关节病,对患者的生活质量有着较大的不良影响[1]。骨关节炎病可发于全身各处关节,多损伤负重关节,如:膝关节、髋关节、脊柱及远侧指间关节部位,临床上以关节疼痛和不同程度的功能障碍为主要表现[2]。骨性关节炎表现为整个关节结构改变,包括软骨、半月板、韧带、滑膜的炎症和软骨下骨性关节炎改变[3]。笔者采用针刺疗法配合中药
