普惠金融的效用与实现:综述及启示

摘要：

自2005年联合国发起倡导后,普惠金融已经成为各国学界和政界高度关注的新兴重要领域。本文从金融创新、经济效应、发展困境和实现过程中的政府作用等方面,对普惠金融现有研究成果进行了系统的梳理和综述,以展示最新的研究动态,在此基础上提出了普惠金融中有待深入研究的四大领域——理论框架构建、正规金融有效参与、不同制度条件下的政府作用、小微金融机构商业可持续与减贫目标的兼容性,并进一步提出了对中国发展普惠金融的重要启示。
