京津冀高技术产业创新支出对创新绩效的影响研究

摘要：

应用SFA方法测算1995—2014年京津冀地区高技术产业的创新绩效,考察技术引进、购买国内技术、技术改造和消化吸收经费的支出对创新绩效的影响。研究得出:京津冀地区的创新效率较低,创新产出和创新转化之间存在差距,因此要在京津冀协同发展的基础上,加强同国内外技术的交流合作,增强对技术的消化吸收能力,激发技术改造动力,从而促进京津冀高技术产业的发展。
