摘要
M细胞是淋巴滤泡表面的一种特殊细胞,存在于肠上皮细胞之间,它能摄取、提呈抗原,启动黏膜免疫反应。M细胞的深入研究对了解黏膜免疫反应及疫苗研制有重要意义。为进一步研究M细胞的作用机制和在疫苗中的应用,类人M细胞体外模型的建立方法也在不断优化。本文主要介绍了M细胞的形态、功能及类人M细胞模型的体外建立方法。
