人工皮在应用中的困境与展望

摘要：

烧伤后人工皮的应用能暂时恢复皮肤的部分屏障功能,为创面提供良好的愈合环境,促使创面自行愈合或重建永久性皮肤屏障。目前国内外已有多种商品化的人工皮用于临床,但各自都存在着优点与不足。尽管临床应用中遇到了一些困境,但是人工皮仍然显示出了美好的前景,只是未来的路还很长。
