摘要
建立柑橘中常见的50种农药残留的气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)检测方法。样品用乙腈快速提取、无水硫酸镁与氯化钠盐析后,经N-丙基乙二胺(PSA)填料净化,用GC-MS分析。采用选择离子监测模式(selected ionmonitoring,SIM),以保留时间和特征离子定性、峰面积定量。方法的检出限(RSN=3)为0.0038~0.066mg/kg,50种农残的平均收率72.0%~118.2%,相对标准偏差1.7%~19.7%。
