<正>干细胞(stem cells)是一类具有自我更新、高度增殖和多向分化潜能的细胞,理论上具有无限分裂能力,在特定条件下,可分化成特定组织。实验室干细胞定向分化研究一直是医学与生物工程的活跃领域之一,近年来随着各种细胞标志物、调控因子的被发现和应用,细胞分化筛选及体外扩增技术的不断改进与完善,以及精密设备和仪器的使用,有关干细胞体外分化与
