摘要：

根据收购公司与目标公司的行业相关性,技术并购划分为加强型和优势互补型两种,加强型技术并购对收购公司创新绩效没有显著影响,优势互补型技术并购对收购公司创新绩效有显著正影响。公司在选择并购对象时应注重目标公司与本公司的技术相关度,获取与公司技术存在差异的新技术,实施优势互补型技术并购更能提高公司的创新绩效。
