摘要：

本文通过分析中国战略性新兴产业94个行业、6万余家企业经营的数据,尝试解释如下两个问题:一是中国战略性新兴产业本身的规模分布及其演进的特殊性,二是创新等因素对于产业规模分布和成长的独特塑造作用。研究发现,战略性新兴产业的规模分布服从对数正态分布,向下偏离齐夫分布,中小企业构成了产业发展的主体,但大企业比较强势、处于支配地位;企业规模分布呈现先提高、后停滞状态,与传统产业存在较大差异,同时新能源汽车产业的问题尤为突出;创新在规模分布的塑造中起显著作用,进一步使得企业规模偏离齐夫分布,而政府补贴收入和企业进入则减缓了这一趋势。
