摘要：

[目的]了解国外不同国家重大灾害心理援助的机制和组织方式,为我国重大灾害心理援助的组织提供参考。[方法]采用文献研究法,对国外不同国家重大灾害心理援助机制及组织方式的现状和特点进行总结。[结果]国外重大灾害心理援助在法律保障、政府组织保障、心理援助人员筛选、社会力量的动员、心理援助研究经费保障和心理援助方法上都有值得我们借鉴之处。[结论]我国应学习国外灾后心理援助的相关经验,提高重大灾害心理援助的效果,以保证受灾人群的心理健康。
