<正>最近,美国肝病研究学会的Kim等总结了ALT的生理学特征以及在健康及疾病状态下的临床意义,强调ALT不仅是肝脏疾病敏感可靠的指标,而且对全身性疾病,特别是肥胖、代谢综合征和心血管疾病也有较高的预测价值。
