长梗薤白提取物对实验性动脉粥样硬化的预防作用

摘要：

22只家兔分为三组,对照组、治疗组和空白组。前二组均饲以胆固醇,治疗组同时加们ANBE,空白组仅给基本饲料。结果证明,口服ANBE明显抑制主动脉和冠状动脉脂质斑块形成,同时表明血脂降低,LPO形成减少,血浆及动脉中PGI2及cAMP水平升高,血小板聚集和释放反应受抑制。从而说明口服ANBE对AS的形成有显著的抑制作用。
