摘要
新型甲型H1N1流感病毒的爆发,引起了全球关注。H1N1流感已有百年历史,此次新型甲型流感是由于病毒变异引起的。该病毒为一种人流感病毒、猪流感病毒和禽流感病毒的基因片段重组后形成的混合变异病毒。本文系统介绍了甲型H1N1流感的状况和疫情史,分析了该病毒的分子生物学特征、病原学特征以及相关的防控方法。
