摘要：

bcl-2和bax基因是研究较多的两种凋亡相关基因。近年发现,各种妇科肿瘤组织中均有bcl-2、bax基因蛋白表达,且两者在肿瘤的发生、发展中起重要作用,并可作为妇科肿瘤的有效的预后指标,但其作用机制尚待进一步深入研究,以期为妇科肿瘤提供一种合理有效的基因治疗手段。
